Do I need technical skills to set this up?
No. If you can use a spreadsheet and follow a checklist, you can set this up. The guide walks through every step in plain language. Blueprint takes about 1 hour. System takes 2–3 hours.
Which Claude plan do I need?
You need Claude Pro or Team ($20–25/month) to use Cowork. This is separate from Pipeline OS. The system works on Claude Sonnet and any model that supports Cowork.
Can I import contacts from my CRM?
Yes. The import guide maps common CRM fields (HubSpot, Salesforce, ConnectWise) to the Contacts.xlsx template. A basic export + copy-paste is all that's needed.
Is this multi-user?
Version 1.0 is designed for a single user. A team version is on the roadmap. If you need multi-seat access now, contact us before purchasing.
What if Claude updates and something changes?
The system is built on memory and file access — not on specific API features that change frequently. System tier receives 6 months of update notifications; Pro tier gets 12 months of priority updates.
